Fleur Mulder
Fleur is a natural connector — an acquisition expert who spots opportunities before they become obvious. She is critical, sharp and honest when it comes to whether your organization is truly ready to collaborate with innovative partners. With her background in program and stakeholder management, Fleur knows exactly which connections are needed to create strong matches. She opens doors across regional networks, national ecosystems and international innovation communities. As a result, she not only increases the reach of a challenge, but also the likelihood of sustainable collaboration and successful implementation.
Joline Teisman
Joline is the architect behind the ChallengeBase methodology. With a background in design thinking and co-creative innovation processes, she helps organizations clearly define their real challenge — ensuring solutions are built for the right problem. She translates complex issues into clear, compelling challenges that attract, engage and energize startups. Thanks to her experience in the startup ecosystem, Joline understands how much impact can be lost when collaboration stops after the match. That’s why she is committed to guiding both challenge owners and solution providers throughout the entire process. She creates a safety net where ideas don’t get stuck, but continue to develop and turn into real-world solutions.
